1.Configuration

1. Fixed-length system by a three-phase hybrid stepping motor

7 Display system with 7 -inch touch screen
Hot knife mould is made of alloy copper
Down-feed power adopt by DC motor
Down-feed speed control by the swing-rod type control
Fold adopts stainless steel bucket type folded.
Down-feed tension adopts magnetic powder brake
45#Upper and lower knives is made of 45 # forged steel
Roller of machine are made of aluminum roller.
Power roller are antistatic rubber roller
Main motor adopt variable frequency speed control
The whole structure is channel steel
